What is Decanto?
Decanto is a fragrance store offering premium decants, full retail bottles and bundles, making it easier to discover scents you love without always committing to a full bottle first.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes — all products sold by Decanto are intended to be authentic fragrances. We focus on offering genuine products with a cleaner, more premium shopping experience.
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller sample taken from a full-sized fragrance bottle and transferred into a smaller atomiser. It’s a great way to try a fragrance before buying a full bottle, build a rotation, or carry your scent more easily.
What sizes do your decants come in?
Our decants are usually available in 5ml and 10ml sizes, depending on the fragrance. Available sizes will be shown on each product page.
Are decants refillable?
Our decants are designed primarily for fragrance sampling and everyday use. Refillability depends on the bottle type used for that specific product.
Do you sell full retail bottles as well?
Yes — alongside decants, we also offer full retail bottles.
How do I know what a fragrance smells like?
We recommend checking:
- the product description
- the “inspired by” line where relevant
- fragrance notes and scent profile details
If you’re unsure, a decant is usually the best place to start before committing to a full bottle.
What does “inspired by” mean?
“Inspired by” refers to the scent profile or style a fragrance is commonly compared to. It does not mean the product is made by the original designer brand unless clearly stated.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes — we ship across the United Kingdom.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes — we ship to selected countries across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 3–5 working days
- UK Express: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 4–10 working days

Do you offer free shipping?
If you offer it, use this:
Yes — free UK shipping is available on orders over £25.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking to update.
Do I have to pay customs fees in Europe?
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Can I return my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are generally only accepted for items that are:
- unused
- unopened
- in original packaging
- in resaleable condition
Because fragrance products are personal-use items, opened or used items may not be eligible for return.
Can I return a used decant?
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used or opened decants are not returnable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review it and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do refunds work?
If a return is approved, refunds are made back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@decanto.uk. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
